Oops, your new Lavuzo door fitting doesn't fit your door after all? Or would you prefer a different popular model from our collection? No problem! You can return your order, in whole or in part, within 30 days of receipt. We'll make sure your return is processed smoothly and quickly.
To process your return correctly and smoothly, you must always include a returns form. Without this form, we unfortunately cannot process your return. You can easily request the required returns form via the contact form at the bottom of this page or by sending us an email. Please clearly state your order number. We will then send you the form as soon as possible so you can prepare your return.
