How to make the lock fit your door

Insert a flathead screwdriver into the slot-shaped recess in the lock case and push the cover plate upward. The latch bolt will now pop out from the black faceplate. Turn the latch to the desired position, press it firmly back in, and installation can begin.
Always choose suitable door fittings for your door lock
Good preparation is half the battle. Therefore, always measure the 50 mm backset on your current door. For this specific lock, you'll need door hardware with a 55 mm center distance (the distance from the handle to the cylinder).
