Oops, it turns out your new Lavuzo door hardware doesn't fit your door? Or on second thought, would you prefer another popular model from our collection? No problem! It is possible to return your order, in full or in part, within 30 days of receipt. We will ensure that the processing of your return is smooth and fast.
To process your return correctly and quickly, it is always necessary to include a return form. Without this form, we unfortunately cannot process the return. You can easily request the required return form via the contact form at the bottom of this page or by sending us an email. Please clearly state your order number. We will send you the form as soon as possible so you can prepare the return shipment.
