Universally applicable: This is how you turn the latch
Does the door lock seem unsuitable at first? No problem. You can easily tighten the latch bolt of this lock yourself to fit your door:

Using a sharp object such as a flat-head screwdriver, press the flip-over plate upwards into the slot-shaped recess on the side of the lock case.

The latch bolt now protrudes out of the forend.

Turn the latch bolt in the desired direction and push it back into the housing. You can now install the lock immediately.
Tips for the right door fitting for this bathroom lock
This toilet lock fits most doors in the Netherlands with a 50 mm backset. We recommend checking this before ordering. When choosing your door hardware, make sure the 63 mm backset is correct. By using door hardware with the same backset as the lock, you can ensure that the door handle and toilet knob are perfectly aligned.
