Interior designer Vera Boers, the face behind De Ontwerpboer, proves this with her recent project in which two toilet rooms underwent a complete transformation. The result? An oasis of tranquility with a chic, golden touch.

Combining matte gold door fittings and accessories

For this project, Vera chose our Oristano door handles in Matte Gold, featuring a durable PVD coating. This special coating ensures that the color remains beautiful for years. What truly completes this project is how the golden door handles seamlessly match the other accessories in the home, such as the matte gold faucets and the handles of the adjacent kitchen unit. By consistently applying matte gold elements, a calm and warm ensemble is created that exudes luxury.

A beautiful interplay

What makes this project truly unique is the way the doors are incorporated. By using invisible hinges, the doors almost completely blend into the walls. To enhance this seamless effect, both the walls and the doors are finished with a light-colored lime paint.
